Stacey Leick

Stacey Leick is the owner of Buttered Marshmallow, a full-service, custom cottage bakery in Omaha, Nebraska. Stacey opened Buttered Marshmallow in 2019 after a 35-year career in marketing and sales-driven positions. She has been seen and heard on local and national podcasts, NPR radio, newspapers, and blogs. Her bakery boasts three “Best of Omaha” awards and three “Best Cake in Omaha” awards. The success of her business led her to share her knowledge and tips with other cottage bakers thru local and national social media groups.

When she isn’t baking the best cakes in Omaha, Stacey plays as much golf as she can fit into a season and travels the world in search of new recipes she can share from her bakery.
