Dr. Helen Fagan is a scholar and practitioner of leadership, emotional intelligence, and cultural competency. She is the founder of Helen Fagan and Associates, which provides consulting and leadership coaching to executives, organizations, and communities. In addition to a PhD in Human Sciences specializing in leadership, Helen holds multiple certifications in emotional intelligence and is a trained executive coach. As a healthcare administrator, faculty, trainer, coach, author, and popular speaker, she has impacted thousands of leaders in multiple nations on four continents. She is also a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, which she has used with thousands of leaders and healthcare providers.
