Melissa Pfeister is a wife, mom, podcast host, nutritionist, business owner, and full-time mom to two maniacs under 5. One of her podcasts, Side Piece, she has interviewed over 130 rockstars including Brian Austin Green, Denise Richards, Emily Hampshire from Schitt’s Creek, and over 100 “Bravolebs” She is also the co-host of Namaste Bitches with Teresa Giudice of Real Housewives of New Jersey. Melissa is a Stanford Medicine certified nutritionist and has a business, Stripped with Melissa, where she has helped over 100 people with their nutrition goals including helping them to lose over 550 pounds. She is on the Medical Advisory Board of Eat This, Not That! and started their first-ever video series called Minute with Melissainterviewing people like Troy Aikman, Kevin Burkhardt, and Peta Murgatroyd from Dancing With the Stars! Melissa thrives on craziness, and loves being a mom, hosting, and helping people!
